A New Virtual Home: The Property Filter Community Platform and App
We started the year with the launch of the Property Filter Community Platform and App, a dedicated space where investors can connect, learn, and exchange deals easier than ever. In just a few weeks, the app has become a thriving hub, bringing together investors eager to share insights, discuss opportunities, and gain access to exclusive training and event content.
The response has been incredible, with Members embracing the platform as their go-to space for property discussions, support and collaboration. Masterclasses & In-Person Visits at Property Filter HQ
January saw two high-impact Masterclass sessions led by Guillaume Black and Hanif Khan, where investors explored the creative property strategies that will shape 2025. These sessions provided invaluable insights into deal structuring, negotiation techniques, and market trends, helping investors set the stage for a successful year ahead.
For those looking for an even deeper experience, we welcomed a select group of investors to Property Filter HQ in Birmingham for an exclusive in-person Masterclass. Attendees had the opportunity to receive 1:1 mentorship, tour the PF headquarters, and engage in private networking over dinner. The event was an inspiring gathering where investors shared experiences, refined their strategies, and left with actionable insights to implement immediately.
Creative Strategies Intensive (CSI) – 2025’s Best Opportunities
At the end of the month, we hosted the Creative Strategies Intensive (CSI) event at London Heathrow, bringing together a highly motivated group of investors for two days of deep learning and hands-on strategy work.
Attendees explored powerful strategies such as flipping properties with no upfront capital, scaling cash flow through lease strategies, and sourcing off-market deals before they hit the market. The event also introduced advanced negotiation techniques, including the Clarity Canvas™ and Bull’s Eye Negotiation Wheel™, giving investors the confidence to secure better deals in 2025.

Market Update with Adam Lawrence – Staying Ahead of 2025 Trends
January also marked the first Market Update of 2025 with Adam Lawrence, a highly anticipated session available exclusively for Property Filter Plus Members.
The discussion covered key property trends for the year ahead, emerging opportunities, and strategic approaches for navigating an evolving economic landscape. Deal Finder’s Corner – Real Strategies from Real Investors
This month’s Deal Finder’s Corner (DFC) series featured insights from experienced investors who shared their proven strategies for sourcing and securing property deals.
Danny Inman discussed how investment strategies evolve over time, Michelle Cairns provided clarity on choosing the right strategy, and Dion Wright revealed how he doubled his income in just 12 months.
These conversations offered practical advice that investors can apply immediately, reinforcing the importance of adaptability and informed decision-making in today’s market.

Team – Growth, Connection & Strengthening Our Vision
Welcoming Nicky and Vivi to the Team
As Property Filter continues to grow, so does our team. In January, we were excited to welcome Nicky and Vivi.
Nicky joins us as an Executive Assistant, working closely with our COO to streamline and optimise our Community logistics. She ensures a seamless and efficient environment, fostering the best possible workspace for our Members. In addition, she manages the Birmingham office, oversees the timely posting and preparation of Community Calls, and collaborates with potential partners to secure exciting new Member offers.
Vivi has bravely stepped into the role of Event Coordinator, bringing her energy and organisational skills to ensure our events run smoothly. She plays a key role in planning, coordinating logistics, and making sure every detail is in place to create valuable experiences for our Members.
Thrilla in Manila 2025 – Team Building for a High-Performance Year
Momentum continued with Thrilla in Manila 2025, our annual team-building event in the Philippines, hosted by VaVaVoom. Bringing the team together for a mix of strategy, collaboration, and creativity, this event reinforced our shared vision and commitment to supporting investors at the highest level.
