Secrets behind BRR Property Investing Strategy from Kevin Wright

BRR (Buy-Refurbish-Refinance)

One of his favourite strategies is BRR (Buy-Refurbish-Refinance), which allows you to pull money back out of a property deal. It works as follows: you purchase a property below market value, add value to the property through refurbishment, and then refinance it at the new market value, pulling back some or all of your initial investment. With this approach, you can either rent the property out or sell it (B2L, SA, HMO, Flip). The beauty of this strategy is that you can recycle that cash over and over again, pulling out your money each time, which enables you to rapidly build your portfolio. Additionally, you can use bridging finance to fund the purchase, repaying the bridging loan once the property is refinanced with a buy-to-let mortgage.
