We surveyed every Property Filter member last month. 262 of you responded. The answers were honest, sometimes brutally so. And the same patterns kept showing up:
143 of you said you need expert feedback on whether your deals actually stack up. 109 said you need someone checking in on your progress regularly. And 156 admitted you set property goals and don't follow through.
Here's what struck us most: many of you have spent £5,000, £10,000, even £15,000 on property courses and mentorships. And still don't have someone checking your pipeline every week, analysing your deals, or holding you to account. We think our members deserve better support than that. And we think we can deliver it at a fraction of the cost.
So we've been building a live coaching format with three dedicated coaches, three weekly calls, each one designed to fix a specific part of why deals aren't happening. On this call, we're going to run it live with you so you can experience it firsthand and tell us what you think.
